What is Green Key?

Green Key is an international eco-certification for establishments within the tourism industry and is present in more than 60 countries worldwide. To become Green Key certified, a business must meet a wide range of criteria across 13 different sustainability areas. These include having a defined environmental policy, implementing energy- and water-saving measures, and providing expanded opportunities for waste sorting and recycling.
